Socrates are from Lyon in France. With an ex member of Sons of saturn. Socrates was a duo, and now a trio.
But that 7" is the duo songs. Think lightening bolt and bands like this!

Edison post are from Paris in France and play a psychadelik hardcore, think refused with more noise. Eva-01 are from Lille in France and play a typical french screamo.

Sugartown cabaret are from Caen in France, and mix french emo/screamo with rockish stuff like At the drive-in. For me this split doesn't realy represent what is sugartown playing, so you should get their full lengh. L'homme puma plays a mix beetween post rock and french screamo think amanda woodward stuff mixed with mogwai.

Maladie are from Mexico, i love how they mix hardcore ala Takaru with some crusty stuff ala Ekkaia. Realy epic, powerfull and heavy! Great vocals to! They'll be touring Europe in 2008, so mail me if you want them to play your town.

Tesa are coming back with a brand new album. For me this album is the best they ever down. Epic like hell, Dark as hell, Heavy as hell, and the vocals are still amazing so does the drums parts! The guitar is like 20 times heavier than in the other album, and the bass is psykadelic has always! No they are not from the USA, but from Latvia, and YES they are amazing!
